Corrections

- Banks menu doesn't show the correct name of the active bank when a file is deleted or moved.
- When an INIT VOICE is made, voice not sent to the TX7
- When a single voice file is loaded, voice not sent to the TX7 (again!).

Changes and improvements

- OS X 10.3 (Panther) compatible.
- removal of the destinations menu in the Midi Keyboard window (source of bugs).

Known bugs

- The application crashes if the folder to load at startup (specified in the preferences panel) is empty. Workaround: put some files in it :) or trash the application preference file (~user/library/preferences/com.mpergand.TX7Editor.plist).
